The fans are nice but the blades are utterly short; the description includes that middle part the blades go into as part of the blade length measurement which is false, so they look very stubby. It was my mistake to not notice a remote isn’t included and I have 10 ft ceilings so I returned the fans to get ones that have a remote.However, when I returned the fans through UPS, they were two different packages and two separate labels. The one fan got a refund as UPS scanned the box, and the other fans did not get a refund as soon as the box was scanned. So that was weird, and UPS blamed the company. It’s been almost two weeks for the items to go from FL to KY which is super suspect, and they’ve been sitting in transit about one city away for the past 4 days. So not overly impressed with my whole experience but there isn’t really anything wrong with the fans.
