Arrived quickly (prime), no damage. Unit base is sturdy enough to not tip over. Extension tubes are ok. The holders for shoes are a little cheap. The way they sit on the tubes are a little difficult, I can see possibly breaking in future. Unit works for drying. Works very well. However, we now use for ‘de-stinkifying’ more than drying. Nice that unit has ability to turn off heat and just use ozone. Sounds like small hair dryer when on. Just background white noise and is ignored. Pay the extra money and get this unit if you have a stink issue. Works on nursing duty shoes, husband work boots, kids sports team shoes. (Thank God) Ozone smell, which is pleasant, leaks out and makes back door area in kitchen smell nice. Happy with purchase. Have already told other team moms.
